　 Resume of Wang Yong

　　Wang Yong, male, member of the Communist Party of China, studying EMBA (Executive Master of Business Administration) at Peking University. He is the chairman of the board of directors and concurrently president and art director of CN Star International(Planning) Co., Ltd ; director of Beijing New Channel School; member of the standing committee of the Hunan Youth Federation; director and research fellow of the Enterprise Image Institute with China Management Science Academy; vice secretary-general of the working committee of Doctor Service Group with Organization Department of CCCPC and the Communist

Youth League of China;executive council member of China National Furniture Association; member of the Editorial Board of China Design Yearbook; winner of the nominee of the Fifth Beijing top 10 outstanding youth in 2002 ; winner of the best China Star Design Award in 2002; vice president of China Furniture& Decoration Chamber of Commerce with Federation of Industry and Commerce; executive council member and concurrently vice secretary-general of Beijing Hunan Enterprise Association. He was recommended as the member of All-Chin a Youth Federation in November 2004 by the Communism Youth Group Committee of Hun an Province. He took the chair of the vice secretary-general of the Fifth Learning China—Century Succeeding Forum in November of 2004 on invitation.

　　Wang Yong graduated from Hunan Hengyang Normal University in July of 1995, majoring the fine art. He taught at the vocational senior middle school in Shaoyang county, Hunan Province from September of 1995 to February of 1996. He came to Beijing and started an undertaking in March of 1996 and set up Wang Yong Design Working Room in July of the same year, then established Beijing CN Star Art Design Com.Ltd. in November of that year. He was the chief schemer of the magazine—China Commerce Law—published by China Domestic Trade Ministry during the period from July of 1998 to June of 2000. In December 2001, he set up CN Star Times International Advertisement Com. Ltd and was appointed as the director of the Enterprise Image Institute with China Management Science Academy in April 2002.

　　He established CN Star International Construction & Decoration Engineering (Beijing) Com. Ltd in December 2002 and formed CN Star International Com. Ltd in March 2003. He was admitted to China Center for Economic Research, Peking University in July 2003, studying international MBA senior executive master of management administration. He became the co-opted executive council member of China Furniture& Decoration Chamber of Commerce with Federation of Industry and Commerce in February of 2004 and the co-opted vice president of the chamber of commerce in November of the same year. He was selected to participate in the training class held for the first time in the country for members of All-China Industry and Commerce Federation in February 2004.

At present, Wang Yong holds the positions of member of the standing committee of China Packing Design Committee, vice president of Beijing Furniture Industry Association, vice chairman of the council of the Market Committee of Beijing Building Materials Industry Association, vice editor-in-chief of Decoration & Hardware magazine, executive council member of Beijing Hunan Enterprise Association, Hunan Shaoyang municipal government adviser, executive vice secretary-general of Beijing Shaoyang expert adviser group, honorary headmaster of Shaoyang industry vocational senior middle school, honorary director of the fine art department and visiting professor of Henyang Normal University.

　　Wang Yong has written many books, such as: China Executive Managers (September, 1997, Enterprise Management Publishing House), China Businessmen (November 1997, Enterprise Management Publishing House), Advices on Job Hunting (October 1998, China Economy Publishing House), Treasured Book for Asking for Payment of Debt (November 1998, Enterprise Management Publishing House), China Secretary (November 1999, Enterprise Management Publishing House). He has successfully schemed the publishing of the book Minutes of Interview with Chinese Senior Officials (December 2000, China Economy Publishing House), Liang Guangda Secures an official Position for Sixteen Years in Zhuhai (January 2001, China Economy Publishing House).
　　He has written 16 papers, totaling 1.8 million words, among them, the paper On the Brand Strategy of Enterprise Development is on the list.
　　Wang Yong has delivered special lectures to Sinopech (top 500 enterprises of the world). He has made schemes and design services for such well-known enterprises and public institutions as People's Bank of China, China Gold Coin Incorporation, Ministry of Public Security of People's Republic of China, China North Indu stries Corporation, Philips International Incorporation, CA International Ltd., Cotton Council International of USA, China Finance Publishing House, and Beijing Yuecheng Law Firm.
　　With regard to social responsibilities, Wang Yong has contributed money and goods worth of more than several 10000 yuan successively, has helped impoverished children to go to school, and established scholarship at Hengyang Normal University and other universities. In addition, he has delivered voluntary special reports or lectures for more then 10 thousands university students at dozens of universities, such as the Peking university. Moreover, he has been offering free lift for no fewer than a thousand passengers, persevering for six years as if it were one day.
　　As an outstanding management talent, Wang Yong attended the 2000 Chinese Management Talent Annual Conference held at the Great Hall of People in August 2000 on invitation. In November 2000, he sponsored the first works exhibition ever held by an individual design company on the China's mainland— Four Years Retrospective Exhibition of CN Star Design, which was highly praised by the design circle of the country. In December 2000, he organized his company for participating in the IGD China 2000 Beijing International Graphic Design held at China World Trade Center and his design of the VI system for Shengmei Furniture Company and Shiji Jingzhou Furniture Company obtained the China Outstanding Enterprise Image Design Award. As the founder and the leader of CN Star, one of the best of successful design companies, Wang Yong has attracted an extensive attention and enjoys high praise by peers both at home and from abroad. As the leader of a good design company, Wang Yong attended the New Century Graphic Design Cultural Exchange Conference between Both Sides across the Taiwan Strait held in Dalian, China, in July 2001 on invitation, and hosted the Taiwan design study group on behalf of the design circle of Beijing. In 2001, his design works were adopted by Design Yearbook of China and many of his works, such as the EASYHOME VI system, obtained Golden Finger Award—the top award of China star design prize-giving competition. The playbill “Stars Are Still Brilliantly Shining Tonight—To Cure SARS with Science” written by Mr. Wang Yong was collected in the public welfare playbill works collection ”Forever Smile—Love Life and Believe in Science. ” Wang Yong was chosen as a co-opted member of the standing committee of China Packing Design Committee (there are totally 49 members in the country, among them 18 are the members of the standing committee), the youngest member of the standing committee, in view of his remarkable contribution to the design circle in China.
　　In August 2004, Wang Yong organized and participated in the design of Playbill Design Exhibition for Celebrating Macao's Return to the Motherland for Five Years, and his work was chosen by the exhibition.

　　In August 2004, Wang Yong gave a special interview to the magazine College Times—English Learning Edition, talking about his experience and thoughts to the learners and readers of the magazine on starting an undertaking and learning for the past eight years.
　　In September 2004, Mr. Wang Yong attended the 39 th World Advertisement Conference held at Beijing International Meeting Center on invitation and delivered a lecture on special topic.
　　On October 9, 2004, Wang Yong, president of CN Star International Incorporation, attended on invitation the 2004 Northeast Asia Economic Cooperation Forum grandly

held at Shandong Weihai Golden Beach International Hotel. His speech Present Situation and Future of Brand Cooperation delivered at the round-table conference attended by presidents of Northeast Asia Enterprises was well received by the experts attending the conference. Vice premier Wu Yi, secretary of the Shangdong provincial Party committee Zhang Gaoli, vice secretary-general of the United Nations Jing Xuezhu, and other leaders also attended the forum.
　　In October 2004, the third executive council of the third China Science and Technology Workers Association was solemnly opened at Shandong Jinan. Wang Yong attended the conference on invitation and was selected the member of the third executive council of the third China Science and Technology Workers Association.
　　In November 2004, Wang Yong attended Fraternity for Entrepreneurs and Diplomats held at Beijing Guest Hotel on invitation. It is reported that the theme of this fraternity is to “implement the strategy of ‘going out' by taking advantage of diplomatic resources”. This fraternity was co-sponsored by the Research Center of State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, China Foreign Affairs University, and Zhongyuan Incorporation. CN Star was the supporting organization of this fraternity.
　　In November 2004, Wang Yong gave a special interview to “Youth Starting Undertakings in Beijing” delivered by Beijing Transportation Broadcasting 1039 Teahouse, together with Liu Jinglun, Zhou Songbo, Wang Pu, and others, as the heroes of starting undertakings. This interview was also reprinted by Qianlong website （ www.qianlong.com ） and Beijing Youth.
　　In November 2004, Wang Yong participated in Guangdong Well-Known Furniture Brands Summit Forum and a series of activities held in Shenzhen and presided over the forum. President Wang Yong also delivered a special report on Building of Brands and Images of Home Squares. His report was highly praised by the leaders and experts attending the forum and was reprinted by all major media in full.
　　With respect to enterprise culture, Wang Yong establishes the CN Star website （ www.CN Star.com.cn ） , the magazine CN Star's Viewpoint, and the newspaper CN Star Consultation inside the company. He vigorously proposes to implement the activity—A topic for Each Week—within the company, which was well received by the staff of the company.
　　Founded and led by Wang Yong, CN Star company was chosen as the advanced private enterprise of Beijing City in 2002. In January 2003, CCTV made a special character interview with Wang Yong, which was broadcasted six times successively on CCTV. Shaoyang Television Station also made a special character interview with Wang Yong on its column Fellow-Townsman. His achievements have been reported by Beijing Youth and Beijing Evening respectively. Consuming Daily, China Industrial Economy News, and Hunan Youth Federation have made an introduction of Wang Yong in full edition separately. Magazines of China Youth and International Advertisement are to publish the special interview with Wang Yong recently.
